What percentage of projects submitted are obviously fake or something's very wrong?

I know from experience judging a hackathon that a lot of projects are submitted missing the basic requirements.
I wonder for this "hackathon", what the responses are like, and if you are going to do a "closing ceremony" where you do like a "retrospective".

What do you think happened with this one, for example?

    Hi Tippi, A lot of submissions were just feedback submissions so they answered all the questions on the "Additional Info" page which don't show up on the public project view. Only the idea submissions needed a description or visualization.
    We are planning a little retrospective for the winner announcement which is still in planning. Once we have things sorted out we will let all participants know how, when and where to join.
